Ministry Focus: Reaching New Canadians in the margins of society with the gospel of Jesus Christ. The Elliott’s serve in the Red Deer to Calgary corridor. Lane also serves in Mobilization helping with the recruitment of future Missionaries. The Elliott’s still head up an evangelism ministry in Northern Mexico and Western Canada that focuses on Mexican Migrant Workers. The gospel is explained and Bibles are given away.
Family:Sheri is a full-time mom and home schooler to Jackson and Judeson who are 9. Alexis is married to Jonathan Goodbrand and lives in Three Hills where she is the Director of Children’s Ministries at Mount Olive Church. Jemma is working full time at Sobeys in Olds and Noah is working full time for a local internet provider in Olds.

Ministry Focus: Serving at the Children’s Home in San Pedro, Casa Hogar de Gracia N.I.P.J.E. Donna prepares and serves meals while John keeps all the vehicles running and safe. We also have the opportunity to occasionally go to the pueblo, Miguel Aleman to bake with the Trique women there that are working hard to improve their lives and the lives of their families in that community. One day a week we have the opportunity to spend an afternoon with the Salazar’s baking with the children in English.
Family: We have been blessed with 3 daughters, 12 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.

Rob and Sharlene Dilts and Family
Serving in: Canada – First Nations
Ministry Focus: Rob and Sharlene are humbly traveling alongside the Anishinaabeg – Algonquins and other Indigenous Peoples in eastern Ontario and Quebec through building paths between peoples, communities and our creator, Jesus Christ.
Rob and Sharlene holistically live and serve in community in the unceded territory of the Omaniwininag (Algonquins) with the Algonquins of Pikwakanagan and Golden Lake communities in Eastern Ontario as Pinaaz-i Zibi Maamawi (Traveling the River Together). Central to their portfolio is an Indigenous summer camp, a Christ centered, culturally expressive camp serving Indigenous young people and communities with a focus towards reconciliation. With this “traveling together” focus they partner with Indigenous and nonindigenous community members, churches and organizations in relationship with families and communities. They engage in regular community gatherings and coordinate a clothing bank in the local public school and assist in the operation of the local food bank among other relationship building opportunities. They also enjoy opportunities to share and raise awareness of history and experience as we all learn to travel this river of life on a journey of reconciliation. Family: Rob (06/27) and Sharlene (08/27), Anniversary, 03/13/2004, have 3 children, 3 grandchildren and 1 Huskey. Their youngest, Jonathan, serves with his parents and has just started high school. His birthday is 07/03/2006. He is very involved in sports, soccer being his first choice, and also enjoys basketball and volleyball. Jonathan is very involved in serving with his parents, preparing to take on a more official leadership role as he grows. Their daughter, Marissa (06/15/1995), and her husband, Jamie Martin (04/05/19930 live in Kitchener, ON where Marissa is a teacher and Jamie is a massage therapist. Both Jamie and Marissa are very involved in their local church in children’s, youth and young adult ministries. Marissa and Jamie’s anniversary is May 25. Rob and Sharlene’s oldest, Matthew (08/30/1990) and his wife Jessie (nee Paterson, 11/29/1989) live in Cambridge, ON. They have 3 children, Elena (12/22/2011), Violet (09/24/2014) and Tyler (11/05/2017). Matthew works as an IT Specialist at he CCCC (Canadian Center for Children’s Charity’s) and Jessie works in the food services industry. Both are also quite involved in their local church, Matt using his technical skills and Jessie with children. Mikwam, meaning “ice” in Algonquin, is Rob, Sharlene and Jonathan’s very active Husky.
